Bearing in mind the changes in the law on the protection of personal data related to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals' data in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU. 2016, No. 119 p. 1, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, by exercising the right to information under Article 13 of the GDPR), attached we send you the content of the information clause of the personal data administrator ArnicA SC - as part of mutual business relations - processes the personal data provided by you, which may concern your representatives, owners or employees.

3. The administrator processes your personal data in order to:
• performance of the contract concluded with our contractor, which you have indicated as a contact person. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the implementation of the legitimate interest of ARNICA (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), which is the possibility of performing the Contract;
• creating analyzes, summaries and statistics for the internal needs of the Administrator;
• establishing, pursuing or defending claims related to the Agreement or the processing of personal data. Processing is necessary for the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), which is the ability to determine, pursue or defend claims;
• fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on ARNICA arising from EU or Polish law. The processing is necessary to comply with the legal requirements imposed on ARNICA (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, in order to conclude and implement the contract with the Administrator's Client it is necessary.

5. The recipients of your personal data may be entities from the following categories:
• authorized to receive them on the basis of applicable law (especially courts and state authorities);
• providing services:
about delivery of correspondence and parcels,
about IT and new technologies,
on telephone or electronic service,
about payment,
for accounting and finance,
for audit and control,
for legal and debt collection;
for subcontracting in the provision of services ordered by the Customer on behalf of the Administrator.

6. ARNICA will process your personal data in the following periods, depending on the purpose:
• performance of the Agreement - until the termination or expiration of this Agreement or prior receipt of information from our contractor that you are no longer his contact person;
• establishing, pursuing or defending claims - until the limitation of claims under the Agreement or claims related to the processing of personal data or until the objection raised by you or our contractor is taken into account;
• fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on ARNICA - until the data processing obligations resulting from legal provisions expire.

7. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify it (correct, supplement), limit its processing or deletion. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact ARNICA using the details indicated above.

8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data if you find that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
